It’s noodle time.

Sometimes I get ideas for posts and don’t have much to say. Here’s a visual recipe of a spicy, Asian-inspired noodle dish. There isn’t much to it, the amounts aren’t measured, but if there’s any questions, please leave some comments and I’ll do my best to answer them.

Remember to cook the aromatics and season everything before the noodles are added!

Make sure the noodles are just cooked. They will continue to cook when they are added to the peppers and aromatics. At this point you can add some extra shoyu and adjust the seasoning if needed.

  2. What’s the sauce and veggies?

  3. The sauce is nothing more than chili paste, soy sauce, and the aromatics. A little water rounds everything out.
