I'll post both and put it to a vote I think. As for the containers, I'm using the very high-tech gladware 3cup square containers. They do the job and they were cheap. Helen: I've switched to the Italian method, too. I'll spend the extra time making Italian meringue over the black magic of waiting for the macarons to 'dry' before I cook them.
