		<description>I'd say they have a hint of coconut flavor. They also have more of a brown sugar taste, too. Since palm sugar is usually made from coconut palms and is barely refined, I think that makes sense.

It does look like dulce de leche but it isn't nearly as sweet. Speaking of a good idea for caramels...</description>
